Casey Davies for Clark
Casey joined the Animal Justice Party two years ago after a conversation with Ivan Davis at an AJP stall but has been passionate about animals for much longer. Casey is non-binary, with they/them pronouns, and has been vegan for a year - with only the regret of not doing much sooner. They have a Zoology degree and are currently studying Sustainable Living at UTAS. They also work two jobs - in a warehouse and at a pet store.
Their passions outside of the committee are insects, tattoos, cross-stitching, and learning Welsh. Although with no companion animals of their own (yet), Casey loves to visit their parents' farm, where there are goats, chickens, peacocks and one beautiful puppy.
Donate to get Casey elected!
Contesting elections is a costly exercise - it's a $2000 fee per candidate to get on the ballot paper and then there are advertising and printing costs! We estimate it will cost us a minimum of $10k to cover candidate fees, advertising and printing for Casey's campaign. We'd love to double or triple that to give them the best chance of being elected to represent Animal Justice Party.
Can you chip in to cover some of the costs?
